Taste a variety of the fine wines of Santorini on a wine tour of the island. Visit 3 Santorini wineries, and enjoy a Santorini sunset at your final stop. Sample as many as 12 different varietals, including wines made from the indigenous Assyrtiko grape. Learn about the island’s unique viticulture that produces some of the crispest and seductively sweet wines in the Mediterranean. Explore a volcanic vineyard, visit wine cellars, and enjoy a platter of local delicacies to accompany the wine. Stop for tastings at Argyros Estate, Anhydrous Winery, and finally to the cliff-top SantoWinery offering sweeping views of the volcano, where you’ll enjoy both the wines and the sunset views.

  • The wines served during the tour are mainly whites and dessert wines, as these are the kind of wines the island of Santorini produces
  • Tours depart daily at approximately 4:00 PM, depending on the location of your hotel. Departures are available from May to October every year

First off, Angelo was a fantastic guide, very knowledgeable on wine, and extremely funny! He made this tour our favorite on the island just by being the host of it. The wineries and tastings were fun and relaxing. It was a great experience to hear about the history of Santorini wine making, the wineries themselves, and the different types of wine being produced. Great all around experience and would highly recommend!

Our tour was amazing! Angelo, our guide was engaging, fun, friendly and had an amazing amount of knowledge about wine! We learned so much and he made the tour so fun for everyone. The 3 wineries that we went were great! The wine, the food and the views were incredible.
