Santorini: Private Catamaran Cruise with Food & Drinks

The cruise was the lovely highlight of our trip to Santorini. Undoubtedly the best way to see the breathtaking natural beauty of the island and the caldera from the sea. Having the privacy of the catamaran to ourselves made it very relaxing and enjoyable. Captain Theo and his mate was very kind, warm and attentive. We learned some interesting details of the sights as we sailed. It was amazing to be on the waters and swim in the clear Aegean Sea. Food was freshly cooked on board and we thoroughly enjoyed the simple yet delicious Greek flavours. We took in the glorious view of the sunset with more wine and a lovely dessert of pears in honey. An unforgettable experience from beginning till the end!

We were promptly picked up in a clean new Mercedes luxury transport. The driver was courteous and described a bit of history and local color about Thira. The catamaran, Tunia sp?, was beautiful and impressive. The crew, Captain Theo, and First Mate/ Chef Harris, made us immediately feel like family. The cruise was filled with beautiful scenery and all along the way the crew would come up to our viewing area at the front of the boat and provide antidotes. They took our pictures at all the key sights. We stopped and swam in the clear refreshing sea. Dinner was the best authentic Greek food we’ve had. It was so savory and fresh! Of course we ate too much, I can’t imagine visiting Thira and not taking this private cruise. We HIGHLY recommend it! Thank you Theo & Harris!
