Full description

Begin your horse riding experience at the stables in Megalochori. Ride along the paths of the vineyards and see their traditional layout. Continue along the south trails that lead to the secluded black sandy beach.  See small gorges and ravines carved into the volcanic rock and marvel at the unique Santorini landscape. Arrive at the black sandy beach with impressive rock formation cliffs in the background. Head to the top of the hill to enjoy panoramic views of the area.  Capture your experience with commemorative photos taken of you and your horse.

A wonderful experience! Traveling along the paths formed all those years ago from the volcanic lava and then onto the beach where the horses got to enjoy the sea water😁 Mila, our tour guide was amazing, very informative and also helpful with my wife who was a first time rider. It is a ride which lasts a few hours so the only downside was the pain in the body parts that aren’t use to that kind of exertion (but worth it).
