Our guide, Elena, was fabulous. Her knowledge of Santorini wines was impressive and she managed the perfect balance of structured activity with plenty of relaxation at each of the three wineries. Hatzidakis, Santo, and Anhydrous were each distinctive in character although the Assyrtiko wines are all fairly similar. We would recommend this tour to anyone.
