This day trip was honestly amazing. The guides were super friendly, really knowledgeable, and made everyone feel welcome from the very beginning. You could tell they loved what they do, and they created such a chill vibe where you could just be yourself and ask anything. The places we visited were absolutely beautiful – every stop had something special, and I felt like I got to see the real São Island. And let’s talk about the lunch… wow. So good! Like, next-level delicious. All in all, such a fun and memorable experience. I’d 100% recommend it to anyone visiting the island. It was the perfect mix of good energy, stunning views, and great company.

Even though the tour was only four hours long, I feel like we got to see a lot in that time. It was great to see parts of the city of Mindelo that I perhaps wouldn’t have found so easily by myself. As well as learning more about the history. I also loved the drive out to the top of the mountain, the view was incredible and getting to stop to try a herbal tea and home made liquors was amazing. The stop at Praia das Gatas was short but you got to take in the beauty whilst sitting on the sand or swimming
