It was a rough start because the bus was very cold, the AC was turned on, to clear the windows but it made matters worse. Eventually, everything worked out with the assistance of our charismatic tour guide, Pablo. He was amazing, relatable and accommodating. The pace of the tour was doable and the walking was not excessive. My husband and I enjoyed our day visiting Valparaiso and Viña.

If you only have a free day available I think it’s a good choice. Neruda’s house was closed and the wine testing is just a highway stop, but overall we had a nice experience. The tour guide and the driver were really sweet and I enjoyed the Valparaiso street art and the Reñaca coast. For the lunch I suggest to look for a restaurant yourself tho cause the chosen one is good but overpriced.

The guide Pablo was able to translate in 3 languages he was excellent. The tour was very organised the pick up from the hotel very organised. Although the weather wasn't as good was a very enjoyable trip so much information and knowledge by the tour guide.
