A great succinct introduction to some of the main sights of Santiago
I saw more in half a day on this tour than in the rest of the two days that I had in Santiago de Chile. It was a pleasant atmosphere with two other guests with the tour guide presenting the tour in two languages, which was impressive.

One of our favorite tours ever and the best guide for certain.
Carmillo was attuned to our interests in the political history of Chile, considerate of our needs as elderly travelers, and very knowledgable.

Great quality & diversity in Casablanca Valley
Our guide, Camilo, did a great job and I would highly recommend him. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and customer-focused. The standard tour offered is a morning tour, but Camilo was flexible and accommodated our desire for an afternoon tour. He selected two high quality wineries based on our preferences (Casa Del Bosque & Re). Both wineries were interesting and had quite a different ambiance. Additionally, they offered tastings of a variety of different wines. The overall cost of the tour is a bit high, but considering the Chilean driving rules (zero-tolerence for any alchohol) it was money well spent.

Fun and flexible way to see Santiago and the surrounging area.
From the moment we were picked up at our hotel, we knew we had made the right decision. Seeing the area from a small van with a few other people and a knowledgeable and fun English-speaking guide was perfect. Heriberto, at iTours, really cares that he and his staff make the customers happy. The tour is extensive and covers the high points of the city without pushing you into a bunch of shopping "opportunities" as most of the big ones do. The Concha y Toro Winery tour was excellent and we had lunch there, although we were offered a less expensive choice. That kind of flexibility was welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed the day and asked our driver for a dinner recommendation. We followed that and had a wonderful evening as well. We have only good things to say about the day.
