What People Are Saying About Santiago
A short city tour (about 3 hours) which covered the main sights of Santiago well and put those, and the leading characters, in a helpful historical context.
Would book another tour with you again if we could. We tried to get to Valparaiso today but had to go with another company as yours was full!!
I saw more in half a day on this tour than in the rest of the two days that I had in Santiago de Chile. It was a pleasant atmosphere with two other guests with the tour guide presenting the tour in two languages, which was impressive.
Carmillo was attuned to our interests in the political history of Chile, considerate of our needs as elderly travelers, and very knowledgable.
Our guide, Camilo, did a great job and I would highly recommend him. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and customer-focused. The standard tour offered is a morning tour, but Camilo was flexible and accommodated our desire for an afternoon tour. He selected two high quality wineries based on our preferences (Casa Del Bosque & Re). Both wineries were interesting and had quite a different ambiance. Additionally, they offered tastings of a variety of different wines. The overall cost of the tour is a bit high, but considering the Chilean driving rules (zero-tolerence for any alchohol) it was money well spent.
