We were picked up right at the cruise port upon disembarking the ship, their tour bus was parked a short walk amongst the other tour buses. We were running a tad late because the ship arrived late and they changed the gangway and 2 in our group were 69 y/o. A member from the tour company called my phone to make sure we were making it to the group, which was nice for them to check in. The drive to Santiago de Compostela was comfortable and our guide Maria was excellent. She was funny, and personable, made sure to allow 2 bathroom stops, and was very knowledgeable about the history, sculptures, etc. The entire tour was in English and the provided earbuds/receiver allowed us to hear her the entire time. They also got us back to the ship in good timing.
Excellent tour, not too tiring and visited all the main historical areas of Santiago. Maria, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and made the tour interesting. We followed more or less the same route as the official tours from our cruise ship but for half the price. Never felt that getting back to the ship in time was ever going to be an issue. Highly recommended.
Very well planned to spend a great day, even if the weather is not very helpful. Maria, the guide and the driver, Borja, are 10 out of 10, super professionals. Good route and pleasant treatment. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Had a great time with 7 stops at various sights. Got a good impression of the beautiful coastline and had a delicious meal in a fishing village.
