The tour guide Maria was very competent and tried hard and answered questions very well. The Spanish woman's English was very easy to understand in direct dialogue, but the sound quality of the cheap headsets was terrible, which had a very negative impact on intelligibility during the tour, sometimes to the point of being incomprehensible. However, the tour guide can't do anything about that. Technical improvements must be made here in order not to damage GetYourGuide's reputation! Decent headsets only cost a few cents more.

The tour started on time, with the guide easy to find and in the advised place. Maria was friendly, professional and so knowledgeable. The tour took in more than we originally thought and the visit to the Portico was simply breathtaking. The only small gripe was that the tour we did was joined part way through by another organised group doing only part of the tour so we had to wait until they joined, got headphones etc which ate into our time and some things had to then be repeated to them.
