We had a great time in Santiago, our guide was Alejandra who was excellent. she was very enthusiastic and helpful throughout the tour, and had a great knowledge of the city. She also spoke excellent English and explained it all to us as we travelled around the city. We got to use the subway around as well as walking to some of the sights such as the presidents palace, museum, cathedral and the main square. We also visited downtown Santiago and tried the famous Chilean hotdog with all the trimmings. We thoroughly enjoyed the time, if you visit this beautiful city it's a great way to see the sights, well worth it.
We cannot say enough good things about our guide, Tomas. We specified that we wanted a tour showcasing the major city sites, history and food culture. He provided exactly what we wanted and more. He was so well informed, kind and went above and beyond for us. At the end of our tour he forwarded us a bucket list of his recommendations of restaurants, shops and music venues in Santiago. He made our tour!! What a gem he is. I highly recommend this tour and Tomas!!
