Eric was an excellent guide. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we knew where to meet him, when he was going to arrive and he made the day special in so many ways. From pointing out only things a local would know to truly caring about the people in our group he made the entire experience so meaningful. Furnas is a must for anyone who is visiting the Island and the entire day was special because Eric went above and beyond. I wouldn’t come back or recommend another guide who could be as accommodating or knowledgeable.
