Absolutely beautiful hikes, couldn't recommend enough. Unfortunately the Pico de Arieiro was partially closed but even the approximately 1/3rd I did get to do was well worth it! Also I got lost on the second hike and ended up at the end of a completely different hike and out guide still managed to pick me up and get me back to my hostel

Nothing to improve! Pedro was an amazing guide and gave us a little tour and history of the city as we drove up He answered all our questions and was so positive about the weather The walk is a must do; absolutely amazing

Alberto was excellent! Recommend walking in the Fanal forest when a cloud passes by and swimming in the natural lava pools in Porto Moniz!

Henrique was the perfect driver for our little trip. Thank you so much for all the recommendations.

sunrise up on the mountain was amazing. Shame that only part op the PR1 trail was accessible.
