The trip was a wonderful experience for me. I want to highlight high professionalism and care of the agency which runs this tour. I communicated with them by email and they were very helpful. Finally I had an emergency that I was very late arriving at the meeting spot and the guide Basso was very good in helping me to still get on the ferry on time! Really great customer care. Thank you. The ferry takes just over 2 hrs to reach La Palma. Every stop was very interesting and my only wish was that we could stay longer. The capital is a charming old town; lots of pretty houses, shops and cafes. Then we stopped at a couple of nice view points and then proceeded to the area affected by the volcano eruption. It was scary and fascinating to see the fresh lava field and the guide Rossi told us many vivid stories. We spent the afternoon in the sunniest corner of La Palma - there is a nice black sand beach and we had an awesome lunch! It was a full and interesting day!

Great approach to the Tajogaite volcano. The guide accompanied by her bus driver took us to great viewpoints to observe the volcano and its devastating lava flows! The panoramas are impressive. Passage to La Laguna to observe a limit of lava flow and the infrastructures which still try to remain upright, although burnt and uninhabitable. I particularly enjoyed this little stop, afterwards I went to Google Street to see the pre-eruption difference, it is shocking and disastrous. For the meal, we went to a restaurant in Puerto, it was very good and plentiful. However it was a bit long (1h15-1h30), I would have preferred to use some of this time to see something else. The city of Puerto is magnificent, between ocean and huge cliffs. Go to La Palma, discover this magnificent island, you will not regret it! Attention to those who are seasick, the ferry pitches a lot if the sea decides to bore you.

Excellent choice of things to see in one day! Our tour guide Rosie, was excellent and knowledgeable! She was happy to interact with all of us and answered all questions! The bus driver, Angel, has been perfect with smooth skills! I would highly recommend it as one-day day trip to see the volcano and a few other spots!

A brilliant, full day excursion led by a very competent tour guide that allows you to see parts of the island that you may not otherwise go to.

Angel was excellent. Everything was great. A lot of useful informations.
