Cochin is a fascinating place: full of charm, history, rich diversity, cultural heritage and architectural interest - and this tour brought it all to life. We were privileged to spend 3 very enjoyable hours with our intelligent, informed and personable guide, Shaji; whose knowledge of Kerelan history, and of the political and economic shifts that have created this fascinating port and its architectural landscape, shone through our tour and was characterised by great humour and warmth. It was a hot and sticky day and he paced our time together to ensure that we were able to have, as he said, 'a good slow walk'. We still covered a good amount of ground; he included tuk tuk transport to cover the larger distances and was very solicitous to check if we were OK or needed a break for washrooms, refreshments etc. It was a joyful afternoon and a brilliant introduction to this lovely island. We thoroughly recommend this tour. Thank you.

Review for Sabir - Tuk Tuk Driver (#9412) I had the pleasure of taking a tuk-tuk tour in Kochi with Sabir, and it was a fantastic experience! Sabir is incredibly knowledgeable about the history and culture of the area, and his fluency in English made the tour even more engaging. He went above and beyond to show us some amazing Indian inventions and traditional practices, like coconut rope-making, tensioned clotheslines that don’t require pegs, and homemade irons. These little insights into local ingenuity were fascinating and added so much value to the tour. Sabir is friendly, professional, and passionate about sharing the beauty of Kochi. I highly recommend him if you’re looking for an enriching and unique tuk-tuk experience. You won’t regret it!

We had an excellent tour of Kochi. Asad our guide was very informative and helpful and I would highly recommend him.

Suhail was informative and accommodating. He answered my questions, and was a competent driver! Highly recommended.

Freddi provided a fantastic tour of Kochi and shared great insights into the history. Money well spent
