Full description
Benefit from pick-up at your hotel in San Pedro de Atacama, and then head south to the amazing salt flats of the Atacama Desert.
Arrive at Cejar lagoon to look into the turquoise waters and see crystalized salt on the edge of the lagoon. Encounter pink flamingos and tagua ducks in their natural environment, and marvel at the peaks of the surrounding Andes mountains. Go for a swim to experience the thrill of floating in water dense with salt.
Continue to Ojos del Salar, two less salty lakes you can use to wash off the salt from Cejar lagoon. Admire the geological formations of the area before traveling to Tebinquinche lagoon in time to watch a spectacular sunset across the pristine water and mountains. Return to San Pedro de Atacama and get dropped off at your hotel on arrival.
