We really enjoyed this cooking class. The instructor was wonderful. We made papusas, ceviche with conch and a juice from a local fruit. The recipes were all delicious and something that could be remade back home. Much recommended and one of the highlights of our vacation. 5 stars.

You will learn how to prepare delicious and authentic traditional dishes. An immersive, interactive and friendly experience where you can discover local ingredients, traditional cooking techniques and the secrets of the country's most popular dishes. You will be guided by a passionate Belizean family, who will share their knowledge and love for cooking with you. You will learn how to prepare iconic dishes such as ceviche, pupusas or burritos with fresh and local seasonal ingredients. To your taste buds! Meet you on site Waraguma Restaurant San Pedro just before 10AM. The class is 3 hours minimum

The cooking class was an authentic Belizean experience. We cooked with Maria and Oscar in their restaurant’s kitchen. They were both very nice and the recipes we made were delicious. We’re in a kitchen so it did get hot but there were fans. I do wish there was an option to select the meal we would like to make but overall, it was a really great experience. We would absolutely do it again!
