The other people did not come; therefore we had a personal cooking class with a wonderful Salvadoran abuelita. We made ceviche and pulpulsas. We also learned wonderful tips to use in the kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

You will learn how to prepare delicious and authentic traditional dishes. An immersive, interactive and friendly experience where you can discover local ingredients, traditional cooking techniques and the secrets of the country's most popular dishes. You will be guided by a passionate Belizean family, who will share their knowledge and love for cooking with you. You will learn how to prepare iconic dishes such as ceviche, pupusas or burritos with fresh and local seasonal ingredients.

We really enjoyed this cooking class. The instructor was wonderful. We made papusas, ceviche with conch and a juice from a local fruit. The recipes were all delicious and something that could be remade back home. Much recommended and one of the highlights of our vacation. 5 stars.
