Discover Tafí del Valle, the Quilmes Ruins, and the winemaking town of Cafayate on this full-day tour from Tucumán with a Spanish-speaking guide. Pass through various other attractions on your way, such as the San Jose del Monte Ruins, Los Sosa Gorge, "el Indio" monument, Menhires Park, La Angostura Lake, and El Mollar.
Start the tour with pickup at your centrally located hotel in Tucumán between 7:30 AM-8:15 AM. Make your first stop at the small town of Tafí del Valle, which offers numerous attractions. If you like, sample some of the area's excellent farmhouse cheeses, some seasoned with peppers. Next, visit the Quilmes Ruins, the largest pre-Colombian settlement in Argentina and a place chosen by the locals to set their defense against the enemy.
