Full description
Your tour will begin as you meet your guide at Los Lavaderos Park at the end of Recreo Street. This guided food and city walking tour features 6 food-tasting spots carefully chosen to highlight the best regional flavors San Miguel has to offer. You can savor regional delicacies at off-the-beaten-path eateries, complete with their colorful owners and staff. You will enjoy a sampling of mouth-watering food at family-owned restaurants and stands and sip on refreshing local drinks. You can look forward to San Miguel’s best mole enchiladas, traditional ceviche, fresh fruit water, authentic tacos, and two desserts. It adds up to enough for a satisfying lunch, and all the food is included in the tour price. At the conclusion of the tour you will end up just one block off the Jardin (main square). You can then choose to walk downtown to continue your afternoon, or alternatively your guides can help you find a taxi home.

Delightful and yummy

Julianna was a great guide. Knowledgeable and personable and as an American who’s lived here for quite awhile, related well to her all American group, responding to our questions and filling in interesting tidbits. Highly recommend!
