Our full day ranch and horseback riding adventure was the highlight of our trip. I took my two kids, ages 11 and 7, neither of whom had any experience with horseback riding. They both we were hooting and hollering on the trails. Loved the ranch cookout food. It was so much fun for me to see then having an amazing adventure. Our guide Frederico was so patient and kind, showed us all sorts of interesting areas and fun facts. I would recommend light long sleeves and long pants. We bought cowboy hats in town sort of for fun but they ended up being crucial for sun protection on a full day at the ranch. I will always remember my son kicking his horse and trying yelling, “Yee haw’”. Highly recommend this tour, especially with little kids.

In general, I think the tour is good, neither is it spectacular nor is it bad, what seems disproportionate to me is the cost, I have done enough tours in the country to have a reference point, and this I think is not worth more than 3,500 pesos
