Well coordinated, on time and the guide was excellent. Her name was Luria. She was able to do the tour in Spanish and English simultaneously, without missing a beat. And she was able to tell jokes in both languages. For our level of interest, her knowledge and stories were perfect. Just enough details and just enough storytelling. Well done and she is recommended as a guide.

It was a good experience. It would have been good if an extra ten minutes was provided at The Valley of the Fallen, that part was a little rushed. Also, more opportunities to ask questions would be better. Some pauses within the narration to allow people to take it all in would also be good.

It was a good experience overall. The bus was comfortable. The guides where appreciated, particularly the english guide at the Escorial that brought us through tombs and royal rooms, it could have been little longer in both sites. The Escorial is pretty cold even in spring time. Due to the rainy day, we had to walk from parking to Escorial on wet pavement, and visiting the Valley of Fallen was just inside the monument, unable to see the large cross.
