This tour was amazing. From the pickup to the drop off - everything was very organized and we felt taken care of. The guides were very attentive and helped us through every step of the hike, making everyone feel at ease and comfortable. The hike was a little challenging but everyone in our group young and old took part. The rock formation slides and swing rope were fun as well. The lunch was okay, and I probably could have done without. Everything else was great! I would definitely do this tour again.

We are fairly experienced riders and could have enjoyed a more “challenging” ride, but this experience is designed for all ages and skill levels. The company took great strides to make sure the equipment and ride were all safe. Our multiple guides were fantastic throughout. The entire venue is pretty incredible with various excursion opportunities, gift shop, and restaurant all available at the complex. Pretty impressive location just adjacent to the Yunque National Park.

This was top of our favorite things we did while our stay in Puerto Rico. The tour guides were amazing. Fran and Claudia were super chill and hilarious. They made our ride that much more fun. If we are ever back in Puerto Rico we are definitely stopping by here again. We recommend it to anyone in the area.

Excellence all the way around- knowledgeable guides who were happy to help
