I went with my 7-year old daughter and she was able to do everything the other adults did. For the El Yunque portion, our guides Jason and Luis were super accommodating, which I greatly appreciated. I really liked safety precautions on the El Yunque hike such that everyone was required to wear a helmet and a life vest. For water activities in the El Yunque forest, our tour group also provided an additional lifeguard, which I didn't see available for other groups that we came across. The Bio bay portion was good, but because it was a clear day, the moonlight made it hard to see the planktons. We only ended up seeing a few "sparkles". The kayaking was pretty doable by myself with some help from my daughter for the most part, but it was hard the last few minutes paddling in the ocean in the dark with fairly steady wind at the end of a long day.

This was the coolest thing we did our whole vacation and so worth it! Everything was perfectly paced so We never felt tired or hungry or overhwelmed. That said, it was definitely physically challenging, so be prepared to scramble up some rocks and do some serious kayak paddling against the current for bits. I also recommend bringing a pair of sandals for dinner and bringing a second pair of dry clothes so you can be dry for dinner and the ride home.

Everything was great. He took his time to make sure everyone stayed together. He took several pics of everyone making sure catch all our poses then air dropped pics to everyone. I highly recommend

A true hiking experience ,this tour is the real deal ..!! Excellent.!!

Had a good time. The guides, George and Jason were very nice and fun.
