Felix was a great guide! He took me to a variety of food places each with a different dish to try. Every dish was tasty and was explained to me with enthusiasm and knowledge. I do think doing this trip at 15:00 meant that by the time we got to the market, things were shutting down which was a shame; so doing an earlier tour might have been better for me, or maybe tweaking the route, so as not to miss the market when it is busy. I would highly recommend this tour. Make sure you go hungry though!
