What people are saying about San Jose del Cabo

My 19 yr. old son and I were excited to book this Mexican adventure in cooking. We had a wonderful time and we will cherish the time we had and lessons learned from Chef Francisco. Chef Francisco couldn’t have been any nicer or more accommodating. The market lesson was very interesting and I loved the local feeling I had while I was shopping. From all the explanations of the liquors to the different types of peppers and spices and methods of cooking and preparation = I found it helpful and eye-opening and I will be expanding my own culinary experiences in my kitchen when I return to Park City. The cooking part of the class was held at his home where he had the help from his assistant who kept everything tidy, clean and in proper order. The place was super clean and very professional. Personally speaking as a culinary arts graduate, no one can ever know everything and I learned I like eating cactus! Who knew?! I highly recommend if you want lessons from a local.
