Full description

This excursion will offer you a half day of adventure and learning about our beautiful Costa Rica. We will start the day enjoying a delicious buffet breakfast and then we will take a coffee tour through an authentic plantation with coffee and chocolate tasting. Then we will visit the Poás Volcano where you can take a short walk to the crater to see its beautiful lagoon, of course taking into account that your sighting depends on the natural weather conditions of the area. Along the way our guide will give you important information about the forest and the Volcano. And to make this excursion more complete, you will then visit the La Paz Waterfall, a beautiful 37-meter-high waterfall where you will have incredible photos.

Arturo is a fantastic tour guide! We had 8 people in our tour group and he made everyone feel like they were a VIP. He engaged with all of us individually and made sure we were all having a great time. He also managed to fulfill our various special requests, including dropping us off at the end of the tour at our next destination outside of San Jose on the way back to the official drop off point, as a convenience to us. This saved us at least 2 hours round trip. Amazing customer service!
