The guide Jacson and the driver Andres were both excellent, and check-in staff were also great. The tour was interesting, covering information I hadn’t heard on different previous tours. The guide used a lot of humor and managed the group of 13 well, including one who was somewhat lacking in good manners. The place offers lots of ways to taste the tour, including really nice fresh brewed coffee. It’s not a huge time commitment, good value, I recommend it
This was a great tour! We loved learning about all 3 major crops, how they are processed, and actually get to handle and taste each of them. Getting to taste the starting products was an unexpected bonus. Our guide was SO knowledgeable, friendly and happy to answer questions. It was great learning about what ingredients some commercial chocolates have, to look out for and avoid. Everyone in our family was engaged and enjoyed this experience a lot!
