Irazú Volcano & Turrialba Volcano & Orosi Valley Day Tour

The tour was not complete because lunch was not properly scheduled nor the guide chose the route to the waterfalls. I do not recommend using the service of this travel agency. Total lack of respect for their customers.

One of the worst experiences on a tour, our guide and driver had no idea where we were going, we took an hour and a half from Irazu to supposedly where we would do another tour to. Another volcano called Turrialba, however we arrived at a dirt road with no exit. After our driver and guide realized that he was lost, we had to move to another place after 45 minutes where we would theoretically eat and where they denied us service since, according to the restaurant lady, she had no information about our tour. I really felt at risk and in danger for our physical integrity, we two Mexicans and accompanied by two people from Brazil asked to be returned to San José because some waterfalls were still missing but our guide didn't know where this tourist attraction was either. It really is a regrettable fact that they put travelers at risk. NOTHING RECOMMENDED.
