Engage in topics drawn from modern etiquette with wine, where you can learn the correct posture and how to set a formal table, the glass etiquette, and how to select a wine for the occasion, whatever it may be. Indulge in a verticle wine tasting of 13 different Tuscan wines including personal reserves with vintage 1996-1997 and limited editions. As you sip, learn about the different areas of the winemaking region, and discover professional wine tasting techniques.  The range of Tuscan wines will be paired alongside a range of local gourmet products, depending on the option you booked. Taste cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, white truffle or hot pepper flavored olive oil, and select balsamic vinegar. The lunch includes local cheeses, salami, and bruschetta, ribollita soup, truffle lasagna, and roast meat with vegetables to follow. The meal is topped by a dessert of cantuccini cookies with dessert wine. The experience lasts around 2 hours and finishes in the winery.
