The wines were good and very very generous. The staff was really nice. A bit of a let down with the actual clocking lesson, as we only mixed the dough and didn't really get to experience the cooking or the sauces which was what we were looking for... But still- very very nice staff, great wines, great dinner.

My husband and I took this cooking class/wine tasting and had an amazing time! The staff were wonderful - very kind and fun - and the food was absolutely delicious. It was such great value as well. We tasted about 10 wines (all with generous pours) and the serving sie for the food was more then enough - we were so full by the end! We’d definitely recommend and would do it again if we’re ever back in Tuscany :)

An experience to never forget

We turned up expecting a busy touristy class however was happily surprised to have a private cooking experience with a great chef who taught us to make tagliatelle, ravioli and gnocchi in simple but fun methods. During this we had oil, balsamic and cheese tastings. We also learnt how to make a simple but tasty gelato. After making the pasta the chef finished off the cooking with local truffle oil, cherry tomatoes and pesto flavourings, whilst we had a detailed and fun wine tasting of 8! Wines from the winery on sight. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and also good fun to sit and enjoy our meal with. We learnt a lot and had a one of a kind experience! Definitely recommended!
