We were picked up about 15 minutes late by a man in his small car. He did not speak any English which made the ride feel a bit longer. Our guide Lupa was very nice. The routes are very scenic. The horses seem to range in level from beginner to experienced riders. My horse was very feisty, did not walk at the same pace as the others, and did not go faster when I ordered him to.

Nice people, family business. Get Your Guide tells you to be there 15' before the pick-up time. Space for improvement: get your guide should automatically call at the pickup time and inform if the pickup is late - which was the case = I waited more than 25' to be picked up. I had to call get your guide twice to find out where the driver is. It would be nice if get your guide could refund an amount for the phone call here. What was great: get your guide could be reached promptly on the phone and the ladies on the phone were very nice. It would be good if you could communicate via what's app.

Beautiful views, horseback through the Tuscan landscape was once again on our wish list. It was fun, but the guide didn't speak a word of English (it says so). This caused mutual frustration due to the lack of information on how to ride (never ridden a horse myself). There was 1 employee at the equestrian center who gave good English instruction when asked, but that was about it. The guide wanted to continue on the way, while we also wanted to take a picture of the beautiful view. After insisting, this was finally possible. For example, the guide didn't say anything about the area, only a few times in Italian because there were Italians in the group. That was a pity. Also a must! If this is on your bucket list, definitely do it! All in all we thought it was a fantastic experience. Oh yes, we were supposed to be picked up by a van with air conditioning, but this was by a gentleman in a tiny air-conditioning-less car, he didn't speak English either. A little uncomfortable tho
