Come savor the wines of the Dry Creek and Alexander Valleys on arguably the best bicycling day trip anywhere in Sonoma Country, lunch included. Enjoy fantastic and quiet roads where every turn brings a picture postcard view.

Imagine going to Provence without leaving the country: sun-kissed vines, olive trees, golden hills, and you cycling along the newly paved, quiet back roads to family-owned wineries, one mile at a time.

Discover the beauty and tranquility of these fabled wine regions with award-winning guides that take you to all the best places, prepare a tasty picnic spread, and take you into the vineyards for a “Grapes 101” lesson.

Travel a total of 10 to 12 miles, stopping at two to three wineries along the trip. Some of the wineries you may visit include Pasterick, Longboard, Quivira, Martorana, Bella, Preston, Truett Hurst, Amista, Papa Pietro Perry, Kokomo, Dry Creek, and many others.

  • Expect changeable weather from mid-October to mid-April. If it is raining, the local partner will first attempt to reschedule your tour to another day, schedule and weather permitting. Otherwise, the tour will take place in van(s), adding in some local wineries not accessible by bike. There are no refunds for weather-related conditions
  • Although the local partner will do their best to provide the tour location you choose, they may need to change your tour location dependent upon availability. Distance and ease of biking is always kept in mind
