We did the Big Bus in San Francisco and it was fun. When we arrived at the Bay Cruise I could not find my vouchers on the app anywhere, so we had to pay cash for the cruise. It wasn't until days later that I discovered there was a "history" tab and my vouchers were there. So we wasted $64 because your app is not user friendly.

So the pass itself was excellent and everything went smoothly. I’m very glad I used it for the Hop-On Hop-Off Bus as this was cheaper. My second activity was the 60-minute ferry ride and I would not recommend it. The speakers were broken so you could barely hear the audio commentary. People kept walking around and blocking everyone’s view. People standing on the seats despite having been told not to. I try to go on a cruise like this wherever possible and this was the worst experience I’ve had. However, the pass itself was great and I encountered no problems.
