Overall great experience. My family and I really enjoyed the tour around San Francisco and learned a lot about the history of the city. Bring a jacket, it can be a bit breezy at some moments. Stopped on Treasure Island for some photo opportunities. They provide free headphones for the audio. Would highly recommend this tour!

We took part in the Night Tour at the beginning of March, so it was a bit fresh. Of course, you can prepare for this very well. The tour itself was great and very entertaining, along the route we could see all of San Francisco's major sights, including a great view of the nightly skyline from Treasure Island. Our tour guide (unfortunately I can't remember the name) made the tour very interesting and talked to us in between with anecdotes.

Buyer beware.

I bought my ticket on line at 5:58 pm but the site to redeem the voucher was closed at 6:00pm. Also the office is not easily identifiable when you get there. Luckily the Big Bus company that was practically next door was able to honor my reservation and settle with Skyline later. Otherwise I would have lost my ticket without recourse.
