We had a fantastic day being shown the sights of San Francisco with a small group. Eric our tour guide was excellent. Friendly, funny and his knowledge of the city was exceptional. A lot was crammed into the day, but it was done at a nice pace, with plenty of stops to take in the views and get some great photos. We crossed the Golden Gate Bridge and got some spectacular views of the bridge and bay. The afternoon was spent on Alcatraz, another must see place. Steeped in history it certainly gave us a great insight into the prison and some of its more notorious inmates. I highly recommend this trip, Eric made the day with his enthusiasm and energy and turned a good day into a great day.
