The stop for lunch needs to improve tremendously. Most restaurants required reservations. We walked all over the place trying to find a place to eat. We had to order a takeout, with no place to sit and eat. We found benches to eat that didn't have any shade. Going forward a restaurant needs to be apart of the agenda with reservations so that we may be able to eat in comfort. Also a guide aboard the bus is needed, we passed a lot of places of interest that should have been told to the tourists in details.

Once we found your office on post street everything was wonderful. Comfortable bus and our driver was incredible. Extremely knowledgeable about the city, Napa, and wine in general. He was very professional and courteous. It was a great tour for the price and I would recommend it to a friend.

I had a lot of fun and there was a nice varied selection of wines to taste from. Each winery was different but I wish the locations they selected took a little more time to take us through their facility and explain the process. In all but one, they basically just welcomes us and let us taste the wine with no info or tour of the winery itself. Our tour guide was also a bit rude at first, making the entire group wait outside the bus while it was cold until 5 minutes to instead of letting us get on like every other bus driver did.
