San Diego is one of the best locations to watch whales year-round. Gray Whales migrate winter-spring from Alaskan waters to calving lagoons in Baja California. In summer, the legendary Blue Whales commonly feed off-shore of the San Diego coast.

Such a fun morning- not only did we learn about the wildlife, they told us so much about the port, the environment and all the ships and military equipment around the port. Very knowledgeable, so nice to have experts on board. A great trip all around!!!
Saw many dolphins swimming along the ship. Furthermore lucky encountered a whale spouting. So excited, must see.
