San Diego: Coronado Bike Tour

Your professional guide will take you and your fellow cyclists along bike paths, showing you scenic beaches and elegant Victorian architecture. You'll even get the chance to see the inspiration for the Wizard of Oz's Yellow Brick Road as you travel along this nearly car-free island.

Meet your guide at Coronado Tidelands Park and begin your totally flat, almost car-free tour on beautiful, separated bike paths. Ride under the Coronado Bridge, through the island crossing the famous Silver Strand bike path. The Silver Strand parallels the ocean and San Diego Bay, which is often referred to as the most beautiful and cyclist-friendly bike route in Southern California.

On some of the 15 miles of dedicated bike paths, you'll pass gorgeous Victorian homes, stop at the famous (and infamous) Hotel del Coronado and may even stop for ice cream there!
