What People Are Saying About San Diego
There is a lot to learn, everything is very well organized, I wish I had more time to visit. Consider 3-4h for a comprehensive tour!
The overall presentation of the Midway Museum is excellent. Some tips to organizers: - you need more than 2 or 3 languages on your translation head-sets - participants should print out their tickets BEFORE you get there to avoid any hassles - the folks in their ticketing office are EXTREMELY helpful in resolving any issues The overall experience is excellent!
The ship is really big there is endless rooms and aircrafts to see you can take a walk around with an audio guide that is included in price and for only extra $5 you can take a flight simulator as well exalent value
We were in awe of the Midway and learned so much from the docents. Would recommend for children and adults
The is a must see when in San Diego, CA. The ship is totally open to the public with museum docents, and past sailors on the Midway giving talks and information to all who will listen or ask questions. The one complaint we had was that we purchased tickets online to avoid the lines ...but tickets print without a bar code, so buying them online did NOT let us avoid standing in line with everyone else. Otherwise it is a well run operation and we enjoyed every moment we had onboard...despite the many stairs up and down. :) Good exercise along with lots of things to see. Thanks for a wonderful opportunity!
