We had booked a private small group tour (4 pax) and transfer from San Antonio to vineyards and Santiago. Alexis was great but the van eight others already in it when we arrived at our scheduled time. I said it was private but this was what it was. There was not enough room or seats in the van for us, and Alexis stood for the whole trip. The winery tour was also not private but had others join as well. We were then taken to a seafood restaurant for lunch inn Santiago with limited options, but no options for vegetarians or to eat elsewhere. After visiting a jewellery shop that no one wanted to visit we were taken to our hotel. The tour should be up front about what constitutes a private tour.

Super Diego heeft ons opgehaald met nog 2 andere stellen en daarna hebben we de wijntour gedaan erg mooie locatie vervolgens heeft hij wat hoogtepunten van Santiago laten zien. In de boekingsapp. staat een aanvangstijd van 8:00 dat is nooit te realiseren op een cruiseschip daar heb ik veel moeite voor moeten doen om de ophaaltijd te veranderen door sloom gedrag van MTO travel stond Diego om 8:00 op de kade terwijl dat helemaal niet nodig was. Hij is weer ingehuurd en kon hier totaal niets aan doen maar maakte er ook helemaal geen punt van.

We were a party of 5. Jaime was our guide. We were picked up at our hotel at 9 am in Santiago and spent the day going to Valparaiso and Vina del mar with interesting stops all the way. He then dropped one person at the airport and returned the rest of us to or hotel about 5 pm. This was very good value for our dollar. Jaime was entertaining and spoke English well.
