Of all our activities this was our favorite. We went to 3 concerts, this is the only one with Opera in costume. It was fun, witty and well done. I highly recommend it. Each had their charm but this was special and very different. The food was good, the setting was lovely, the players wonderful.

Very nice hall, good atmosphere. The orchestra and the two singers played and sang beautifully. The clothing was entirely in the style of Mozart's time. Pretty nice. We also had a good seat. The waiting time between each course and the performance was extremely long. My back has hurt from sitting for so long. The food was better than expected. We were served a drink to compensate for the late start. I liked the wine. All in all, a good performance, just very long drawn out.

Travel back in time with Mozart’s music. This evening was filled with a wonderful made traditional Austrian meal set in an acoustic dream room complete with period architecture and costumes. The musicians were of a high caliber and seemed to enjoy the evening as much as the audience. The wait staff went above and beyond to make sure it was as natural an experience as possible during this pandemic. Richardo and his wait staff colleagues were relentless (yet unobtrusive) to attend to everyone’s needs. I loved my wine suggestion and at the end of the evening, my sleeping three year old was carried down the stairs to the taxi that was called for us. It was a perfect evening complete with candelabra! It is a must do splurge in Salzburg.
