Explore the area around Uyuni on a 3-day tour. See handicrafts made of salt, stop at the Flags of the World, and visit the Chiguana Desert. Day 1 Meet your guide in Uyuni and begin your 3-day adventure. Head to the Train Graveyard, a cemetery full of abandoned trains. Stop at the small settlement of Colchani, which housed salt miners, and shop for handicrafts made of salt and textile art made of llama and alpaca fiber. Next, visit a hotel and museum made entirely out of salt. Bring your country's flag and place it at the Flags of the World, and stop at the Monument to Dakar racing. For an added fee, visit Incahuasi Island, a former island in the middle of the salt flats. Then, pose for some fun perspective- and proportion-distorted photos taken against the backdrop of the striking white surface of the salt flats. Finally, head to a spacious area for the unique experience of seeing a beautiful sunset over the salt flats, spreading its dazzling colors all over the Uyuni Salt Flats, and enjoying it with a glass of wine. First Night: Agencha 2/3/4/5/6-bed rooms + communal bathrooms. Day 2 Begin with an early breakfast before heading to Chiguana Desert. Stand surrounded by volcanoes and marvel at the still-active Ollagüe Volcano. Then, continue along the rocky road El Pasito Tuntun to reach the beautiful lagoons of Cañapa, Hedionda, and Chiarcota. Keep an eye out for the brilliantly colored flamingoes standing in the lagoons. Stop to enjoy lunch before heading to Eduardo Avaroa National Reserve (entry not included). Visit Siloli Desert and see the Rock Tree lava rock formation. Continue to Huayllajara, stopping at the Red Lagoon overlook point to see flamingos relaxing in the intense red colors of the lake. Second Night: Huayllajara Shared 6 –bed room (Same Group at the jeep car) + communal bathrooms. Day 3 Get off to an early start around 5:00 a.m. to visit the Sol de Mañana Geyser (5,000m) and walk next to fumaroles and steaming craters filled with boiling pots of mud at 150-200 Cº. then, have the opportunity to take a bath in an open air Hot Springs at a 35 Cº water. The next places to appreciate are the Dali Desert Marvel at the vivid colors of the Green and White Lagoons, created from the toxic copper water at the foot of the Licancabur Volcano. Then, head back to San Pedro de Atacama in Chile. Cross the Bolivian border with the help of your tour guide and finish your adventure at San Pedro de Atacama’s main square.

Along the trip, visit: Salt eyes, Salt Hotel-Museum (Built entirely of salt blocks), Dakar Monument, Flags of the world, and finally, arrive at Incahuasi Island to appreciate the beautiful view and the giant cactus. At the end of the day, take your time in the sunset with a glass of wine, and get to the hostel for dinner time. Day Three / Chiguana + Ollague lookout point + Andean lagoons with flamingoes + Red lagoon After breakfast, go to visit the famous lagoons: Cañapa, Hedionda, Chiarcota, with a lot of flamingoes. Later, an exquisite lunch, Siloli desert, Stone Tree. At the final of the day, arrive at Red Lagoon which is inhabited by numerous flamingos. Finally, head to the hostel in the community of “Huayllajara” to have dinner, and night rest. Day Four / Geysers Sol de Mañana + Hot Springs Pool + Lookout point Green lagoon - White lagoon - Lincancabur Volcano + Transfer to San Pedro de Atacama Early morning, after breakfast, go to "Sol de Mañana" geysers and enjoy a fantastic view along the way; this place has volcanic activity such as fumaroles and geysers (holes of bubbling mud, smoking, and a smell of sulfur). Also, visit the hot springs of Polques to take a bath and relax enjoying the most beautiful landscape. Then, the Salvador Dali Desert which offers spectacular views and multicolored rock formations of the volcanoes. Later, go up to the viewpoint of the Green Lagoon, White Lagoon, and Lincancabur Volcano. Finally, tour Guides will assist customers with their border crossing at 10:00 a.m. and people will arrive in San Pedro at 1:30 p.m. The drop-off is at San Pedro de Atacama’s main square. Also, visit the hot springs of Polques to take a bath and relax enjoying the most beautiful landscape. Then, the Salvador Dali Desert which offers spectacular views and multicolored rock formations of the volcanoes. Later, go up to the viewpoint of the Green Lagoon, White Lagoon, and Lincancabur Volcano. Finally, tour Guides will assist customers with their border crossing at 10:00 a.m. and people will arrive in San Pedro at 1:30 p.m. on the third day of the tour. **Sometimes people need to pay a fee in the Bolivian border (15 Bolivianos) bring in Cash please. Starts at 10:30 AM Day 1: Uyuni - Salt Flats Start your tour by visiting the Train Cemetery, where remnants of wagons from the Bolivian Railway Company can be found. Head to the Salt Flats, stopping in Colchani town, where local shops offer handicrafts and woolen clothes. Learn about Bolivia’s salt production. Upon entering the Salt Flats, see a very unusual geological effect—aquifers formed by underground rivers within the vast Salar. Head to Flags Square, where you can find flags from countries worldwide. See the Dakar Monument and enjoy lunch at the first hotel made entirely of salt. Spend some time taking panoramic, perspective, and mirror reflection photos. In the afternoon, arrive at Incahuasi Island, the largest island in the salt flats. Here, find coral fossils and giant cacti, and observe the Tunupa Volcano. Later, observe the sunset over the pink-blurred horizon of the salt flats, then arrive at your salt hostel accommodation. Day 2: Salt Flats - Huayllajara After breakfast, move to San Juan, a small village where you can buy snacks for the day and use the restrooms. As you enter the desert region, observe the active Ollagüe Volcano, which is sacred to indigenous communities. Continue driving to the Andean lagoons of Cañapa, Hedionda, Chiarcota, and Honda. Wildlife such as pink flamingos, Andean ducks, and seagulls are easy to photograph here. Lunch will be served near Laguna Hedionda. After lunch, enter one of the driest deserts on earth, the Siloli Desert, located at 6,000 meters above sea level. This place is home to the famous Stone Tree. Enter the most visited national park in Bolivia, the Eduardo Avaroa National Reserve. The day doesn’t end until you visit the Red Lagoon and see the pink flamingos living there. After this, head to your accommodation in Huayllajara town. Day 3: Huayllajara - San Pedro de Atacama Wake up very early to observe the sunrise at the Sol de Mañana Geysers. Then, head to Polkes Hot Springs, where you can swim in thermal waters. Head to the Dali Desert, a surreal destination that resembles the iconic paintings of Salvador Dalí. Later, visit the Green Lagoon, located next to the Licancabur Volcano, a natural border with Chile. After migration control, assist with the transfer to San Pedro de Atacama in Chile.

Day 1: We will pick you up at your hotel in Uyuni to take our 4x4 vehicle for 6 people, in which we will make all the tour during the three days. We will leave towards the Uyuni Salt Flat, passing by the train cemetery and the town of Colchani before, where we will be able to buy craftwork. After that, once we are on the salt flat, we will visit the Salt Museum, and we will travel to the Incahuasi Island, a limestone formation in the center of the salt flat. Here we will be able to walk by a track, see the giant cactus and have a privileged view of the salt flat from the top of the hill. We will end the day seeing the sunset inside the salt flat, so then we can go to the Colcha K hostel, where we will have dinner and rest for the next day. Day 2: During the morning, we will leave Colcha K and keep going by the road that goes through the Chiguana Salt Flat. We will visit the Cañapa, Hedionda, Honda and Chiarkota lagoons, before enter to the Siloli Desert. We will end the day in the Colorada Lagoon, nesting center of more than 30,000 flamingos. We will spend the night in the Refugio Huayllajara. Day 3: We will leave early in the morning to see the sunrise in the Sol de Mañana Geysers, intermittent sources of water that rise at a 90°C temperature, and where we will have the chance of taking pictures using the contrasts of the first lights and the steam. In addition, we will visit the Polques Hot Springs (time to bathe, according to the times of the tour), the Salvador Dalí Desert, and the Verde Lagoon and Blanca Lagoon, located in the foothills of the Licancabur Volcano. In addition, we will pass by the Valle de Rocas and San Cristóbal, so after that, we will begin our direct return to Uyuni, where we will end the tour.

See the Ollagüe volcano, an active volcano sacred to indigenous communities. Continue to the highland lagoons of Cañapa, Hedionda, Chiarkota, and Honda. Pink flamingos, Andean ducks, and seagulls are easy to photograph here. Lunch will be served near Hedionda Lagoon. After lunch, head into the Siloli Desert, 6,000 meters above sea level. This area is home to the famous Stone Tree and other giant rock formations. Travel through Bolivia's most visited national park and see Laguna Colorada, home of pink flamingos. Head to your accommodation in Huayllajara. Day 3: Salar de Uyuni Wake up early for breakfast, then head to the Sol de Mañana geysers. Next, relax in the Polkes hot springs. Head to the Dali Desert, a surreal destination reminiscent of Salvador Dali's iconic paintings. Continue south, stopping at Laguna Verde, located next to the Licancabur volcano. Here, say goodbye to travelers continuing on to Chile. After saying goodbye at the Hito Cajones border, begin the return trip to Uyuni. Stop for lunch and visit the Valley of the Rocks, known for its impressive rock formations. Finally, visit the town of San Cristobal, the last one before Uyuni, where you'll see a 16th-century church. Arrive in Uyuni around 5:30 p.m.

Day 1 We will pick you up at the meeting point and take you by minibus from San Pedro de Atacama to the Chile-Bolivia border. After crossing the border, we will change to a 4x4 vehicle for 6 people. On this first day, we will visit places in the Bolivian highlands, such as Laguna Blanca and Laguna Verde, located at the foot of the Licancabur volcano. We will continue by visiting the Salvador Dali Desert and the Polques hot springs, where we will have time to swim. In addition, we will visit the Sol de Mañana geysers, intermittent water springs that erupt at 90 °C. Finally, we will visit Laguna Colorada, the nesting center for more than 30,000 flamingos. Spend the night in a hostel in Villamar. Day 2 We visit the Valley of Rocks, also known as the World Cup or Lost Italy, the place where volcanic rock took the shape of what appears to be an abandoned city. Then, visit Camello, Sora, where you can see wild animals. Stop at a mysterious lagoon or catal where you can walk and see the typical flora and fauna of the Bolivian Altiplano. See Laguna Vinto, Mirador and Anaconda Canyon. At the end of the day, we will transfer to the Salt Hotel in Colcha K, where we will spend the second night. Day 3 Early in the morning, we will take our vehicle and move to the salt flat. We will see the sunrise over the white blanket formed by the accumulation of salt and then we will move to Incahuasi Island. Here, we can briefly walk through this limestone rock formation, which contains a giant cactus. Enjoy a stunning view of the salt flat. Afterwards, we will visit the Salt Museum and leave the salt flat for the town of Colchani, where we will stop to buy handicrafts. Then, we will pass by the train cemetery to take some photos before arriving in Uyuni, where we will end our tour.

Day 1: Uyuni At the scheduled time, we'll meet on Calle Colon and begin this exciting 3-day tour. We'll travel in a 4x4 which will take us all around the region of Uyuni and its most charming corners. Firstly, we'll visit the Museum of Trains in Uyunia, where we'll see the old steam-powered machines which transported silver from the mines. Afterwards, we'll make our way to Colchani, the main entry point to the Salar de Uyuni. Here, we'll see stalls where hand-made salt products are sold before we enter the amazing salt desert. You'll have the chance to take photos of this spectacular landscape, which looks like it's from a different planet, and then, we'll enjoy a delicious picnic-style lunch. From here, we'll continue our tour by visiting Incahuasi Island, located in the middle of the salt flat. Here, we'll enjoy an unbeatable view of the vast white salt landscape. At the end of the day, we will head to Candelaria or San Juan, where we'll spend the night. Day 2: Uyuni Lagoons - Huayllajara We'll get up early and have a continental breakfast, before continuing to explore Uyuni. We'll set off and head towards the Eduardo Abaroa National Reserve, where we'll find some amazing lagoons and desert which will leave you enamoured. Afterwards, we'll head to the town of San Juan, where we'll enjoy some of the best views of the Ollagüe Volcano. We'll make a stop here to have lunch and then travel towards the Cañapa, Charchota, Honda and Hedionda lagoons, home to elegant pink flamingos. We'll continue the day by crossing the Siloli Desert, where we'll find naturally occurring works of art, formed by wind erosion. To bring this day to an end, we'll visit the Colorada lagoon to see the beautiful reddish-coloured waters. Do you know why the water is this colour? We'll find out during the tour. Finally, we'll return to the hotel to rest and relax. Day 3: Huayllajara - San Pedro de Atacama On the last day of the tour, we'll get up early and have breakfast before visiting the geysers in this area. After, we'll discover the famous rock formations in the Salvador Dalí Desert. Can you guess why the desert was called this? Yes, it has to do with the famous Spanish painter! You'll be told all about this! Next, we'll make our way through the desert until we arrive at the Verde Lagoon and the Blanca Lagoon, located in the foothills of the Licancabur Volcano. You'll be amazed by the lagoon's landscape with the crater behind it! Then, we'll return to our 4x4 to cross over the border to Chile on the way to San Pedro de Atacama, where the tour will come to an end. You'll be dropped off at the central station in San Pedro de Atacama at around 1 pm.
