This tour was amazing, totally above my expectations. I was thinking that the name of the tour with "secret passages" etc is a little bit of "advertisement" but no, it was so real! We really passed through secret passages, doors behind pictures etc etc... Such an exceptional tour with such an amazing guide. Probably best thing I did in Florence. If you are also interested in history of Florence and in Medici family, this tour is a MUST DO. Thank you for this amazing experience :)

Ivan was a fantastic tour guide - incredibly knowledgeable and informative but also charming and witty. It was a pleasure to be guided by him through Palazzo Vecchio and we learnt so much about the history of Florence and the Medicis.
