Great trip and lovely to see the island and didn’t disappoint , great guide and driver . Saw turtles swimming, saw the blue eye , salt mine was a brilliant experience . And the mirage was interesting to see , overall well worth the money
It was a good all day activity and great value. We like to explore and see and feel a bit of the local area and culture A fair few stops If I remember rightly the first stop took us to the most southerly point on Sal Then to see the Lemon sharks was interesting, having them swim around your feet. Crocs are given to each person for walking in the sea. Next to Salinas Salt Lake where we all floated in the lake, there are showers, a downhill descent so remember you have to go back up, fairly gentle gradient so wasn’t a problem but may be difficult with those who have mobility issues. We went off-roading to see a natural phenomenon- a mirage which was an interesting ride, next for a lunch stop in Espargos, lovely buffet food and good price, pay by weight of food Next to Blue Eye Cave, connected to the ocean, the pool shines light blue when the sun catches it, there is an exhibition here and shop and refreshments for purchase if you want Next to Palmeira village and end of trip.
