It was amazing! Our guide, Antony was extremely knowledgeable and personable and made the tour extra special.
It was stunning to see the Old Testament and New Testament depicted in breathtaking stained glass. They were in the middle of restoring it, but had reflective panels so you didn’t feel like you missed anything. It truly is a gem in the heart of Paris! So glad we got tickets, because they didn’t take any walk-ups the day we came due to security reasons.

Know before you go
- This is a self-guided tour. You will receive a booklet guiding you around the chapel.
- Free entrance for visitors under 18 years of age or EU citizens under 26: you must show a photo ID with a picture at the ticketing station first, before going to the entrance of the monument
- Free entrance: The first Sunday of January, February, March, November, and December and during European Heritage Days (3rd weekend of September each year)
- Closed January 1st, May 1th and December 25th
- The last admission is 30 minutes before closing time
- Be aware that security checks, including identity verification by police officers, may be conducted near the Palais de Justice.
