We attended this activity with our family members with little children. Our tour guiding people, Misha and Ksenya, were quite helpful and thoughtful dealing our visiting the museum. We all really appreciating their caring treatments. And of course, the time we spent in the museum was unforgettable with her excellent guidance on different pieces of the collections. We can definitely recommend this activity, especially if you are a little worried about taking little children or aged people in an unfamiliar place.

A perfect experience

We had booked a private 3 hour tour of the Hermitage and when we arrived at the museum I was so shocked when I saw the long queues outside of the entrance. Our guide was local and she whisked us through and we had the most wonderful afternoon. Violetta was extremely knowledgable and completely charming and we managed to view the most important exhibits. Can heartily recommend this service.

Fabulous tour, pitched just right. Ksenia, our guide, found out our interests and what we were seeing later in the day and linked in the history and art we needed to see to get the most out of our later visits. Everything well organized - no queues. Really very recommended.
