Good variety of species to see. Quite well laid out and our grandchildren were able to see everything in the tanks even though it was busy. Most did adhere to the direction arrows in the floor. English translation of information was displayed which was helpful. It’s a shame the member of staff at the entrance didn’t tell us she wanted to scan our Covid QR code rather than the code for our tickets as we thought we had the wrong format on our barcoded tickets which caused a lot of confusion!

Very busy despite COVID-19. There was absolutely no way to keep a distance. Nice aquarium. When it's not busy you can get through it in 2 hours. It took us 4 hours including a queue at the attractions (highly recommended!) For our children (4 & 6 years old) it was a wonderful experience.

The aquarium itself is great, loads of different things to see and my son loved the submarine simulator however even with 50% less visitors it would still have been too full. We had to queue to see every tank. Haven’t been so close to so many visitors in such a long time; quite uncomfortable. We also had to queue 45 mins to access the nautilus.
