What People Are Saying About Sahara Desert

One of the most beautiful things I have seen in life.

This was one of the most interesting experiences I have had in life. The things we saw were really beautiful, the group was really intimate and the guide was always up for a good laugh. Yes, indeed, you spend a lot of time in the mini van, but therefor you get a lot of different landscapes on the way. We have seen the Atlas mountains, the desert and the steppes. We have seen lots of cute towns, restaurants and met really helpful people. I would recommend this trip to everyone as it is a one life opportunity I think. One thing, make sure you take enough clothes with you in the sahara, cause when the sun goes down the temperature immediately starts to drop really fast.

Long but beautiful scenic view & lovely sunset while riding camels.

This trip was definitely the highlight of our vacation to Morrocco. We started off with a long but very beautiful drive. We drove around 7 hours each day, but the landscape and sorroundings made up for the long drive. We had lunch at the Ait Ben Haddou but know that you don't have time to visit the old building. We then drove to the dessert where we rode the camels into the sunset. Very beautiful and tranquil but do bring warm clothes if you are going in winter time. The camp was very nice with a lot of good facilities and we enjoyed the food a lot. We woke up early to catch the sunrise while riding our camels back to the pick up spot. From there it was 7 hours of driving back to Marrakech (El Fna). Overall a great trip with really friendly people (driver, camel driver, camp leader & so on). I would recommend that if you staying in Morocco for a long time then book a trip longer than just 2 days so that you don't have to drive that much.

Marrakech-Sahara Merzouga Erg Chebbi Tour

Very good bus driver with great sense of humour and helpful. Trip very well planned without wasting any minute. I realy recommend this agency.

It was okay. The driver was exceptional. One hell of a driver.

The tour was very good except for when we got to the Camel trekking. The people could not communicate well in English or French. The organization was not clear.

Very interesting itinerary and good value for money

Itinerary: 3 days; Marrakech - Ait Ben Haddou kasbah - Todra Gorge - Erg Chebbi camel trek (sunset and sunrise) - Marrakech. Great places and amazing views. Tour well organized with reliable driver, food good enough. Climate really cold, especially in the desert so another warmer period during the year would be preferred.
