I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Rome. Seeing the Colosseum and Roman Forum was incredible, but learning about it through an expert guide made this experience even more incedible. We had Francesca who explained everything very clearly and carried around a book to show past pictures of the landmarks.

we booked this tour on a whim and it was the best decision we made!! usually I take free walking tours however this tour was worth every penny. our tour guide Dennis was excellent, he painted a picture with his words and answered all our questions with detail. he had excellent knowledge of Rome and its history and conveyed this to our group in a very understandable manner, whilst not leaving out any details. highly recommend Dennis as a tour guide!!

Disappointing start as we arrived promptly for our 1pm tour, which had all been confirmed the day before, to be told that it was now 1:30 and could we go and kill 45 minutes. Anyhow, Andreta was very good, the microphone/ear piece system worked well, group of about 18 people, skip the line was worth it and she took care of all the security and paperwork. During these Covid times, they are checking your Vax proof and still prefer masks, even in the Colosseum which is predominantly outside Andreta told a great story and brought the history to life, was open to all questions and set a good pace . . . Definitely the way to do it if it’s your first time.
