Ruins of the Convent of Saint Francis

Get ready for an unforgettable adventure! Our meeting will begin at the previously agreed-upon time and departure point. During our journey, we'll uncover the rich history of Colonia del Sacramento. We will visit the Basilica del Santísimo Sacramento, one of the main architectural symbols of the city; the Ruins of the House of the Governors and the Bastions and Bastions, which are the fortifications that protected the city in times of war. Additionally, we'll visit the old citadel gate and walls, explore the picturesque Street of Sighs known for its cobblestones and local tales, and climb the City Lighthouse. We'll also stop by the tranquil Ruins of the San Francisco Xavier Convent. After approximately two hours, we'll head to a café overlooking the Río de La Plata. There, we'll enjoy a complete snack to wrap up our afternoon and conclude the tour.
